By using CVScriba, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
CVScriba helps you tailor CVs and cover letters to job postings. Outputs are assistive drafts. You are responsible for reviewing them before you apply.
2. Accounts
Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and only content you have the right to use.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use CVScriba to invent false experience, harass others, break the law, abuse the AI or infrastructure, or attempt to access other users' data.
4. No invented experience
Our product is designed to rewrite and reorder what you already did. You must not submit false credentials, and you remain responsible for the truthfulness of anything you send to employers.
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans, if offered, are billed through Stripe. Fees, limits, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout or in the product. Taxes may apply.
6. Intellectual property
You keep rights to your source CV content. You get rights to use generated drafts for your own applications. CVScriba branding, code, and site content remain ours.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, ATS passage in every system, or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for employer decisions based on documents you submit.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes may be announced in the product or by email.
